The funding entity, being the Measures and Support Division, invites interested applicants to submit a Concept Note outlining their project idea, including details on potential risks, impact, level of readiness, and other relevant information related to Research, Development, and Innovation activities.
The Concept Note shall include the following contents:
Applicant Description
Problem/Market opportunity/ Planned project
Solution/Product or Services
Market and Competition analysis
Risks and Broad Impacts
Team and Management
Funding request, Budget and Resources
Upon acceptance of the concept note successful applicants may proceed directly to submit a full Application under the R&D Scheme.
Prior to this, applicants must meet specific conditions applicable to the chosen scheme—either Feasibility Studies or R&D. In some cases, a prerequisite for an R&D Application may include the submission of a feasibility study, which may itself be eligible for support through a separate application.
